Hi there everyone! I am Angel from the Maldives. I am an aspiring fashion designer and work as a freelance illustrator too. I don’t think I remember a time when I didn’t want to be a fashion designer; ever since I was in kindergarten I’ve dreamt of creating clothes that were new and out of this world. Having done my diploma in fashion designing, I am now planning to head for my BA and eventually open up a fashion house after my studies. Being the daughter of a reknown artist in the Maldives always had a big impact on me, people expect a lot more since I grew up watching and learning from a ‘guruji’. So the passion for drawing quickly developed to illustrating story books and now I am hoping to establish myself as a fashion illustrator too.  Literature was one of my favorite subjects and thus I love reading and writing so here I am – writing a fashion journal; Famushu, talking about current trends, fashion news, clothing and accessories. Famushu is open for discussion and I will be sharing my knowledge and creations here, in a simple and understandable way.
