Angie, I must say you are very good at this cos i was there at the reception too. Your Dad did a remarkable job too. I was thinking why should you limit you gift to wedding receptions only? why not for other occations or even experiment out a hybrid form of a maldivian attire for occations like eid or the indipendance day? I am not in so fond of the bodu jeebu and bodugiruvaan type approved by a presidente’ or any other person of that nature. It has to come from the people who understand what fashion really is. It has to come from people who knows this language well.
I would really like see something like this cos i am very sure you will come up with something really exciting.
